Three-Day Behavioral Health Career Connections: April 11-13, 2019
This program is FREE and open to students age 16 and older. Behavioral Health Career Connections introduces students 16 and older to careers in the behavioral health fields. The program consists of classroom instruction, site visits to health care facilities, presentations from behavioral health professionals and Mental Health First Aid training. Deadline to submit this form: March 27, 2019. Students can earn up to one University of Alaska credit for participation in this class.

Registration is required along with guardian/parental permission. By filling out this form, you are expressing interest to receive a student participant packet for this program that includes forms that must be signed by a parent/guardian.

The program runs from 9-5 each day. Students will be picked up at Juneau Douglas High School at 8:45 am and dropped off at the same location at 5 pm. Do you have transportation to and from the pick up and drop off location for all three days? *
