New Moon Ceremony -- Monday, 3/11/24, nightfall (7:15pm), MIT Sailing Pavilion
You don't have to do all the time.   Cultivate your human right to be.

The new moon is a time of darkness, rest, creativity, and gestation.  Join MIT's Indigenous Spirit Community in a centering ceremony to remind ourselves to honor our time of regeneration.

Meet us by the river at astronomical twilight for smudging with sage.  A short ceremony will be followed by a guided meditation and a ritual of focus and release.  Then, a little hot tea and cake.

Let the dark moon and meandering water refresh your spirit.

Event is open to all in the MIT community.  Please RSVP below.

Cosponsored by ORSEL and the MIT MHH Innovation Fund.

Aloha,
Nina Lytton,
Spiritual Advisor to the Indigenous Community at MIT
