We know that everyone’s journey is different. You are welcome to connect with us in whatever way feels safest and most comfortable for you. Whether that means chatting with a peer mentor first over a coffee, joining a group session when you're ready, meeting one-to-one or just receiving information — you are in control. There’s no pressure, no expectations — just options and support, at your pace.
