Huntington Elementary Kindergarten Registration will be held March 19th and April 16th from 8am to 5pm. Please complete the form below to schedule an appointment. You may also call the elementary office at 740-663-2191 to schedule a time. Custodial parent and student must both attend registration. Please bring the following documents when registering:

1. Parent ID
2. 2 Proofs of Residency (rental agreement, utility bill, etc)
3. Birth Certificate
4. Immunization Record
5. Custody Agreements (if applicable)
