Doug's Fitness - 1:1 Online Personal Training

Customized training program based on your needs and the equipment you have available to you. This is for people that are willing to commit to changing their lifestyle through weight lifting, that want a trainer to push them and educate them on proper technique and progressive overload, and are ready to invest in themselves in order to better their health.

What is included: A full month of programming (2-4 days a week, depending on what you prefer) where you will repeat some sessions and exercises within the month to work on progressive overload and mastering the movement. You will have direct access to me so you can send me your form checks each workout and any other questions you may have regarding the programming. We will share a Google Sheet where your monthly program will be laid out and that is where you will keep track of the weight you are hitting and any other notes about that training session. I will provide you with demo videos for each movement that you will be focusing on that month. We will have a weekly check in to discuss questions/concerns about the upcoming week and talk about your nutrition. Please keep in mind, I do not provide meal plans, but I can help you with general nutrition advice: such as, helping explain macros or suggesting healthy meal ideas.

1:1 Online Training will be $100/month. Payment via Zelle or Venmo is accepted. Payment is due before I share the programming with you.
