Receive: - 8' x 5' booth space
- 1 table & 2 chairs (if you need a specific size table for your table cloth, please plan to bring your own table)
- Distillery listed on festival website
- Each distillery will be highlighted on the Festival Instagram page as a 'featured distillery' leading up to the event
- Media assets to promote your distillery's participation at the festival (social media copy, flyers, etc.)
- Ice throughout event
- The ability to sell bottles to-go with approved liquor licensing (SERIES 16). It is the responsibility of the distillery to apply for a SERIES 16 license
Distilleries will provide:
- (24) 750mL bottles of product per brand is required (can be split across multiple SKUs) - MUST BE DONATED
- An assortment of mixers for batch cocktails (if you so choose)
- Marketing materials & signage
- Personnel to serve and educate during the event
Each participating distillery will be notified 4 weeks prior to the Festival to review the products that will be served. This notice will provide instructions necessary to access your form and edit/add information to the form.
