HOPE Collaborative (Health for Oakland’s People and Environment) is a group of Oakland residents, organizations and agencies working together to improve the health for Oakland’s people and environment.

The Youth Action Board (YAB): a group of community leaders ages 14-18 where youth members develop skills in advocacy, grassroots community engagement, storytelling, and organizing. They deepen their knowledge of food and environmental justice and use those skills to develop campaigns that mobilize their peers to improve the health and environment of Oakland residents.
