'25-'26 Guard Gear Order Form
Gear ordering will be a two step process this year.  You will need to complete this form and also purchase the appropriate gear pack (either New Member or Returning Member).  Please make sure that you order the correct pack so your member has all required items.  Below is sizing and personalization information that we will rely on when ordering.  Please complete it accurately as we do not order extras and there is no return/exchange option.   All Orders, Forms, and Payments are all DUE by June 30th.

Gear ordering is a TWO step process.

Step 2- You must also order and pay in full for the appropriate gear pack.  

Gear packs are required to be purchased as part of membership on the team.  There is only one order period, there will not be opportunities later to order Gear Packs.
