2020 ORATE Award Application
Thank you for your interest in the first annual Oregon Association of Teacher Educators (ORATE) Award for travel to the 100th annual Association of Teacher Educators (ATE) Conference. The 2020 ORATE Award will be given to one recipient to aid with travel expenses to the national ATE conference, which will occur in Atlantic City, New Jersey from February 15 - 19, 2020. Information on the conference can be found here: https://www.ate1.org/2020-ate-100th-annual-meeting. The award recipient will be publicly recognized at the 2020 ORATE conference, will receive a recognition letter, and will receive a travel award of $1,000, which will be promptly reimbursed with valid receipt of travel expenses.

Eligible applicants must be either a current graduate student in a Master's or Doctoral program focused on Education or an education practitioner who supports preservice or inservice teachers.

The ORATE Award winner will be notified by December 31, 2019 and will be recognized at the annual ORATE conference on February 7, 2020 at Western Oregon University.
