What: Build on existing relationships and develop new ones, keep a steady conversation, inform and invite alumni to events (ex. tailgates), spread awareness of KA’s growth, social media

Why: ensure chapter members excel in the classroom and improve overall chapter GPA
What: aid in organizing and implementing new policies geared towards incentivizing academic success, we will be focusing on implementing a new scholarship plan to benefit actives with great standing within the chapter and University
Who: individuals hoping to better the chapter’s academic standing and interested in becoming recording secretary (no. iii)

Why: Ensuring that no one damages the house and administering potential fines to those that do
What: Voting and administering fines
Who: Guys interested in keeping the house looking nice and have plans to be parliamentarian or risk manager.
