This scholarship will be awarded on merit of the applicant. Factors that may be considered include:
*Compliance with the KPA's Code of Ethics
*Demonstration of a 2.7 GPA or higher ("B" average)
*Participation in activities that promote the paralegal profession
*Participation in community service activities
*Review of writing sample
Applications for this scholarship must be received by September 30 for consideration. Incomplete or late applications will not be considered. Funds will be paid directly to the recipient's paralegal education institution by the Kansas Paralegal Association.
