Use this form to submit announcements to be featured in the ExCEL Newsletter emailed twice per month the day before any PM or PM/SC Monthly Meeting. Submissions must be received by 12pm on the Monday prior to a PM or PM/SC Meeting in order to be included in the upcoming Newsletter.
