We have launched this project to connect with people who are isolated under the current social distancing measures.

By completing this form, you are letting us know about someone who'd like to take part in Art by Post, and be sent our booklets. The questions below are to help us understand their needs. Please answer to the best of your knowledge. You will be their nominated supporter and will receive the booklets by email, plus monthly updates. We will send out six booklets, one each month from September 2020.
