*Keep Your Bouquet Cool and Hydrated
The best results for preserving the most authentic colors, shapes and textures of your flowers is to dry the freshest blooms possible. It is very important that the bouquet is kept cool, hydrated in water, and delivered as soon as possible after the wedding or special occasion. To aid the flowers in absorbing more water, it is also very helpful to recut the stems. It is important to note that any damage such as wilted, bruised, discolored or crushed petals cannot be reversed in the preservation process.
All resin art is nontoxic, and produces no VOCs or fumes.
Please note:
- All flowers dry differently (reds dry darker, some pinks can dry darker or lighter)
- If your flowers were damaged prior to drying them, some lighter flowers may have translucent spots on them. This is something that cannot be avoided.
- Flowers may begin to wilt during shipping. I always choose the best florals available from your bouquet.
- Small imperfections, like bubbles may occur and small specks of lint may be present.
- Epoxy may yellow over time due to sun exposure, this is the nature of working with resin.
- Clean your preservation with a microfiber/soft cloth.
- Succulents cannot be preserved.
- Please make sure the shipping address is correct. We want to make sure your bouquet preservation arrives at the right home!
- Please follow the shipping instructions and send your flowers to the correct address.

Each piece is handcrafted with great care and attention to detail. Imperfections may exist due to its handmade nature.
The preservation process can be tedious when done correctly. Please allow us 12-18 weeks after receiving your bouquet to properly preserve and complete your new keepsake(s).

Down payment is due in order to reserve your project.All items will be mailed or dropped off
Pick up is required once project is complete or we can also ship your completed project for a fee.

This is the entire agreement between Resin Artist and Client and supersedes all previous agreements. It cannot be altered without written consent of both Resin Artist and Client.
Digitally signing this agreement has the same effect as manually signing a paper original.
This agreement cannot be transferred or assigned to any third party by the client.
