Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor during the annual Ohio Wildlife Rehabilitators Association conference! 

Vendor tables without regular conference registration are $100.00 and include conference offered meals excluding banquet. Banquet tickets may be purchased on OWRA.org when the event registration opens. A Vendor and Conference Attendee package will now be offered at a discounted rate of $225.00. This package will include vendor tables, full conference registration, all meals included in conference registration, as well as the banquet. Deadline for applications for the 2025 conference is October 1, 2025.

If accepted, please register as a vendor at OWRA.org during event registration by October 1st, 2025. Electronic payments can be made thru the website at the time of registration. Invoices for mail-in payment will be provided upon request.
