Rhode Island Anime Con Fan Panel Submission

We’re looking for passionate panelists to be a part of the Altered Reality/Rhode Island Anime Con experience by leading discussions and hosting your own fan driven panel! Use this application to show us what you got. This is your chance to be a part of the show! 

The more details you can provide, the better. All panel submissions will be reviewed for consideration, but only those selected will be contacted.

THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOU APPLY


Deadlines: 

  • Submissions are open until midnight EST Sunday May 11th, 2025
  • Selected panelists will be contacted by or before Sunday May 18th

Content: 

  • Please keep your content family-friendly, otherwise specify age restrictions for your panel (i.e. 18+) 
  • Sessions are 45 minutes in length with 15 minutes to set up/break in between  
  • Panels must end on time even if they begin late 
  • Panels can have a maximum of 4 panelists, including a moderator 
  • Accepted panels will receive one (1) badge per panelist 
  • Unless stated otherwise, badges are only good for day of panel
  • Panelists must be present for their sessions  
  • Altered Reality Entertainment/RIAC cannot host any virtual panels, provide any moderators, or show guests
