Survey in support of STFC Nucleus award

We are applying for funding to the Science and Technology Facilities Council, under the Nucleus Award scheme, to help our education and outreach activities.  The project is called 'Deep Space to Deep Impact' and builds together the current Down2Earth and Comet Chasers education projects.

Data from this survey will be used as part of PhD student research at Cardiff University (Cai Stoddard-Jones) and the Open University (Helen Usher).

This form gathers information which we can use in support of a revised bid.  We are grateful for your time in completing this form, and hopefully we can in time help you by providing resources for you to use in class!
