Join us Friday August 12th or Saturday August 13th for the 16th Annual Clay Shoot at the Abilene Clay Range Benefiting the Habitat for Humanity. This is a great event for both professional and amateur shooters. Open to the public, the shoot includes a delicious, catered meal and drinks at the evening Awards Dinner starting at 6:30PM (No Early Entry). It's a fun filled day of networking, shooting fun and raising money for Habitat for Humanity.

**NEW** -We will be offering golf cart rentals for your convenience navigating the course in the August heat. These carts will be on location with a third-party vendor. If you choose a rental, a fee of $75 will be added to your registration invoice. These will be issued on a first come first served basis as team registrations are submitted.

Friday August 12, 2022: Abilene Clay Range
We are offering a NEW shooter squad reservation on Friday August 12th beginning at 5:00 PM. This reservation is limited to the FIRST 50 shooters who register. There will be one course open for practice rounds while the other will be open for qualified shooting that will be included in the scores from Saturday's rounds. (Limited to the first 50 Registered shooters)

Saturday August 13, 2022: Abilene Clay Range - Available Shooter Times
The 8AM Reservation is at FULL capacity THANKS to our GRACIOUS sponsors. (You can check back for any schedule changes)
11:00 AM (Arrive no later than 10:15 AM)

Saturday August 13, 2022: Taylor County Display Building
After a day on the course, we will gather at the Taylor Country Display Building for our Awards Dinner and Auction Event. Doors will open at 6:30 PM. (NO EARLY ENTRY PLEASE)

**NEW** Scoring is based on the Lewis Class Scoring System. Gift Certificates to WNC Guns located in Abilene Texas will be awarded for 1st Place. 2nd Place will receive 1 flat of shotgun shells. Scoring is determined by a 3rd party vendor, independent of the Big Country Home Builders Association.

**Please note ALL FEES must be paid in FULL before confirming a reservation on the shooter schedule**
Clay Shoot Registration Information:
In order for us to serve you to the best of our ability, please fill out this registration form in its entirety. In order to secure your place on the shooter roster at your desired time, you MUST pay all fees in full and provide your shooter squad names no later than Monday August 9th. Incomplete rosters may result in losing your desired shooter reservation on the master schedule. By completing this registration, you acknowledge that you will be deemed the "Team Captain" for all correspondence and information regarding this event, including the event fees invoice.

I would like to reserve a transportation rental for Saturday August 14th. I understand that I will be responsible for paying an additional fee of $75. (Limited Supply of 6 seaters and 4 seaters). Rentals will be based on a first come first served basis.
