I, the foster family, agree and understand that the dog(s) and/or cat(s) are the sole property of RSQ and RSQ reserves the right to remove the dog(s) and/or cat(s) at any time. I agree to return the dog(s) and/or cat(s) upon request, or if I am no longer able to care for them. If I fail to return the dog(s) and/or cat(s) I authorize RSQ to remove the dog(s) and/or cat(s) from my premises without process of law and I waive all claims for trespass or damage.

I agree to provide the dog(s) and/or cat(s) with care, including food, water, shelter, exercise, and medication when required. I agree not to abuse or neglect the foster animal in any way.

I agree to allow the dog(s) and/or cat(s) to be available with a reasonable amount of notice, for viewing by potential adopters and for events that RSQ request they attend.

I understand that, if necessary, RSQ may inspect the area in which the foster dog(s) and/or cat(s) are kept in the home at anytime. In the event of an emergency, I will allow RSQ to an immediate inspection due to natural disaster, fire, suspected illness, endangerment, or abuse.

I understand that medical treatment will be provided by a veterinarian contracted by RSQ. Any medical expenses from any other veterinarian not contracted by RSQ will NOT be reimbursed. In the event of an emergency, RSQ must be contacted before any action is taken.

I understand that RSQ will not be held responsible for any damage to persons, other dogs, or property, done by the foster dog(s) and/or cat(s) while in my care. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless RSQ , its officers and assigns, any previous owner, foster home or shelter, from any and all liability associated with the dog(s) and/or cat(s) or damage or injury hereafter caused by the dog(s) and/or cat(s).

I understand that my foster home position can be terminated at any time if my actions or conduct are deemed detrimental to the best interests of the dog(s) and/or cat(s) placed by RSQ. I have read and understand, accept and agree to abide, to the terms and conditions of this dog foster home contract.
