School Supply Drive
A joint effort by the Shalom Food Pantry, Maimonides Hebrew Day School and Hebrew Academy of the Capital District to ensure that every child goes to school with a full backpack of new supplies.

Forms need to be received by September 1. Supply pick up will be available September 3-9
Please submit a separate form for each child you would like supplies for.

After you submit the form please email a file with the actual supply list that you received from your child's school. The email address is
