CCCP Scholars Program 23-24 Supplemental Form
Dear CCCP Scholars Program 2023-24 Applicant:

Please complete this form ONLY AFTER COMPLETING THE CCCP Scholars Application and you have received your profile ID#. The CCCP Scholars Application can be accessed by going to our website: www.cccp.ucla.edu. 

Applicants will also need to create an account and complete the online UC Transfer Admission Planner (UC TAP) which can be found at: https://uctap.universityofcalifornia.edu/students/ The planner should include completed coursework with grades and any in progress/planned coursework prior to transferring. 

8/18/23 UPDATE: SITE PLUS & SITE are CLOSED. General SITE LITE which was schedule for Saturday, August 26 is now a Power to the Transfer Webinar (P2TT-W) taking place on Friday, August 25. 
Only option to submit the Supplemental form are the Power to the Transfer Webinars (P2TT-W) until 8/26.

Starting on 8/27, Fall SITE LITE (or SITE LITE (8/27-12/31) as listed in the CCCP Application will open mainly for students at one of the CCCP Power to the Transfer (P2TT) community college partners.
