SGA Expense Request Form 
This form must be completely filled out with detailed information to be considered for approval. 
Requests will be reviewed by the Finance Committee which meets bi-weekly prior to the SGA General Assembly meeting. To be considered for funding at an upcoming SGA General Assembly meeting, requests must be submitted by 7:00 PM each Tuesday the General Assembly meets. Those dates will be provided below.  

After review from the Finance Committee, eligible requests will be put in front of SGA meeting at the most immediate meeting. You may be contacted for further information on your request if it is unclear, or if there are any questions, so keep an eye on your emails! 

Finance Committee Meetings will be every other Tuesday at 8:00 pm. Submissions need to be submitted by 7:00 PM on noted dates to be eligible for review at the following SGA meeting. 

SGA General Assembly Meeting Dates (All Tuesdays at 9:00 PM):
**NOTE: If you have submitted a request for funding, you should plan to attend the meeting following the submission request in case there are questions or concerns that come up from the SGA.

**All submissions for the spring semester will close at 7:00 PM on Apr 14. All monies requested must be used for events, activities, programs occurring prior to the last day of the Spring 2026 semester.**

Guidelines: 
1. Must be for undergraduate students (majority of club members must be undergraduates)
2. Must be for the betterment of the student body (example: t-shirts for club members only does not better the student body)
3. Must be submitted with ample time to plan and process 
4. Must include the specific date and time of the program, event, or activity
5. Must consider utilizing money in the respective club's agency account prior to requesting additional funds
