Let's Play America - Individual Rental Order and Agreement Form
Play equipment must be reserved a minimum of two weeks prior to the rental date. Once you have completed this form, save and submit your responses and we will get back to you about arranging a time to pick up and return your rental.

Please note, rental equipment is for individual use. For large functions, please contact us at info@letsplayamerica.org  to see how we can help bring play to your large-scale event!

Reservation Fee
Reservation fee is 20% of the total equipment fee.
Non-refundable in case of cancellation. Ex: The reservation fee for a $75 rental is $15. The total rental fee is $90.

Rental Agreement
It is the Renter’s responsibility to claim and transport the equipment, except by prior arrangement. Renter shall be responsible for returning the equipment in the same condition in which it was surrendered. Repairs to the equipment while under the care of the Renter will be paid for and provided by the Renter. In the case of irreparable damage or loss of the equipment, Renter shall replace the equipment with models in working condition. Let’s Play America shall have the right to inspect any replacements.

The Renter shall hold Let’s Play America harmless in case of injury resulting from use of the equipment. This agreement extends beyond the term of the rental, including any damage discovered in the future. Likewise, damage to property shall be the sole responsibility of the Renter. Equipment will be used exactly and only in its specified manner. Illegal use of the equipment is strictly forbidden.

In case of cancellation within 48 hours of the rental date, Renter shall owe the Reservation Fee as calculated above (20% of the total equipment fee).
