Please fill out the following form to register for hockey.

Hockey will start on the second Friday of Term 2 and is expected to run through to around the middle of Term 3. All games are played at either the new turf at Kings High School or at the McMillan Turf (near Otago Polytechnic).
The format is six-a-side and we'll have squads of around eight to nine players.
Game times will vary from week to week with start times likely to be as early as 3:40 and as late as 6:30 (depending on how many teams enter this year). Games are approximately 45 minutes from start to finish.
Some school sticks and shinpads are available to borrow for the season. Please note that hockey shinpads are longer and much harder than football shinpads.
Shirts are provided and the shorts are Tahuna P.E. shorts. Socks need to be long and dark blue. You must wear a mouthguard.
All teams train once a week and all players are expected to attend their training session. Most training sessions will be before school at 08:00 with the possibility of some teams training at lunchtimes.
The fee for each player for the whole season is expected to be $90 (we're awaiting confirmation of this). All fees go to cover the cost the school pays to Otago Hockey to enter teams. There is no additional fee each week
Very important: if you would like to apply for help with paying for hockey fees please make contact with the School Office – applications for help with fees can only be made before the first game of the season and cannot be made once the season starts
