Summer Holiday Care Program 2026 Registration Form

Registration is now open for our 2026 Summer Holiday Care Program. The program will run from 13 July to 26 August 2026, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, and is open to children aged 4 to 12 years.

Spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Before completing this form, please take a moment to read the Terms and Conditions carefully, as submission of this form confirms your agreement.

To secure a place for your child, please complete this form by 10 July 2026 (one form per child). Registration will close once all spaces are filled. 

Daily fee: SCR 250 per child (includes lunch and activities).
