Going to have to miss an event? Please fill out this form at least 48 hours before the scheduled event to be considered for an excuse absence. While we understand the unavoidable conflicts occur, please make every effort that you are present at every rehearsal and performance.

As a reminder: work conflicts and/or transportation issues are not considered an excused absence.

When there is a conflict and your are deciding about which event to attend please use the following guidelines:

  • Practice vs. Rehearsal = Split time
  • Practice vs. Performance = Performance takes precedence
  • Game vs. Rehearsal = Game takes precedence
  • Game vs. Performance = Case-by-case basis
