Please take a moment to let us know what you're interested in. For all session and cluster co-chairs, we need a commitment to meet almost every week from Sep till Dec with the relevant stakeholders as this is the formative period for conference design.

Cluster Co-Chairing
Cluster co-chairs will co-ordinate with session chairs and support them on a regular basis from Sep-Feb. Cluster co-chairs will also co-ordinate with Conference co-chairs to ensure that the vision and theme of their cluster is being realized. Cluster co-chairs may not present their work in the mini-conference.

Session Chairing on Mar 7 (Thu)
Session chairs will need to make time to meet with conference co-chairs on a weekly basis from Sep-Dec. Sessions chairs may not present in their session. So, if you really want to present your work, please do not volunteer to be a session chair for that session. You are welcome to chair another session where you are not presenting. Please refer to descriptions for each session to align with the vision. Conference co-chairs already have some speakers for each and we will support you to get a running start.
Session Chairing in Mini-Conferences on Mar 8 (Fri)
Session chairs will need to make time to meet with cluster co-chairs on a weekly basis

Session Chairing in Technical/Case Study session on Mar 8 (afternoon)
We can accommodate upto 9 of these sessions. We will need session chairs to coach the individual presenters to do a terrific job within the time available (50 mins for each session). Session chairs may not present in the session they are coaching, but are welcome to present in a different one. All session chairs will be supported by Jay Andersen.

Session Chairing in Software Track on Mar 8
For our software track in the afternoon of Mar 8, which ones would you be interested in chairing?
Alternative session proposal for Mar 8 (afternoon)
Instead of 9 technical/case study sessions, we can also accommodate other sessions that you might be inspired to co-chair. Please feel free to propose your own session and if you have particular speakers in mind. Please note that you will have 50 minutes for the entire session. You can go with a format that works best for you -- speakers, or panel or experiential interaction. What proposal do you have? Does it connect with the theme of data + decisions (this is not required, but we'd like to know if it does)?
Pitch Session Co-Chairs
You will work closely with the Marketing Committee and support upto 10 pitches in 50 minutes
Workshop Proposal
While we have almost filled up our workshop proposals, we want to know if there is a workshop you'd like to teach. If so, please indicate target audience, skills they will leave with, whether this will be a half-day or full-day workshop, can you offer it on Mar 5 and the morning of Mar 6, and what support you will need to do this.
Speaker Signup
Which sessions would you like to consider participating in? Please note that you cannot be a chair of the session you want to speak in.
Suggest speakers for any session
Who do you know (or think we should approach) who would make a terrific speaker (or keynote) in any of our sessions? All you suggestions are welcome!
How do you like this design?
