CoachUP Registration Form
Have you considered becoming a Coach?
  • Have you reached a point in your real estate career where you’re looking for something more?
  • Have you achieved success and met your business goals, and now you want to help others do the same?
  • Have you considered coaching other real estate professionals, yet don’t know where to start?
  • Perhaps you’ve considered creating a new income stream in addition to or to potentially replace the business you are doing now?
  • Are you a Broker/Owner/Manager seeking better ways to guide, support and enrich the careers of your real estate professionals?
If these questions sound like you, we’ve got great news! ONE Coaching has developed
a coaching certification program that’s designed to teach and train y9ou how to become
a fully qualified ONE.U Certified Coach!

IMPORTANT! All ONE.U Certified Coaches must complete an approval process prior to
participating in the certification program, including the approval of the
Broker/Owner/Manager. Additionally, to complete the program, all prospective coaches
will be required to demonstrate their knowledge, their ability, and their willingness to
take on the commitment to coach others.

The ONE.U Coaching Certification will be completed in 3 Phases:
  • Phase I: Completion of an 8-hour certification workshop (delivered live (via Zoom) & offered in two parts.
  • Phase II: You will be required to work with an Apprentice who will complete and return a coaching survey.
  • Phase III: ONE on ONE Interview and final approval with our ONE Coaching Team.
For completion of Phase I workshop, it will be REQUIRED for you to be fully present and participate in the workshop activities. We are intentionally keeping the groups small so that interaction may be of value and manageable. To achieve this, we will require that you:
  1. You must be on time for the start of each session.
  2. You must be on camera the entire workshop.
  3. You must be at a workstation (not a mobile device)
  4. You must participate in assignments and activities.
NOTE: To fulfill Phase I of your Coaching Certification, you must attend BOTH 4-hour sessions. If you miss ONE of these essential sessions, it will be necessary for you to repeat both sessions later.
