Why do you need flexibility? To feel the freedom of movement in your joints to walk, sit and stand with better posture and reduce the risk of injury. Why do you need mobility? To increase the range of motion of your joints to be able to play your favorite sport better with more control. Whether it’s gymnastics, tennis, squash or just daily life movements, you’ll be happy with the results in increased mobility! We’ll also practice 30 minutes of inversions such as handstands, headstands, elbow stands and more ! 60 minutes of flexibility and an optional 30 minutes of inversions. Starts Monday, May 19th & every Monday & Wednesday @8pm until June 18th
