** Vendors Fees and Payment:
This year the Food/Beverage Vendor Fees are as follows.
-$350 for 10x10, or
-$450 for a food truck or 10x20.
Checks shall be made payable prior to September 4th, 2015 at 5pm.
** Compostable Dry Goods:
It is our policy that all food and beverage vendors use compostable dry goods. Danny's Dumpsters does a wonderful job of handling the waste removal and we want to make their time the most worthwhile. If you do not currently have a compostables supplier, we recommend Jack's Boxes (http://www.jacksboxes.com/).
** Heath Department Requirements:
Being Health Department Compliant is a very big priority for any event. Thus, if your business falls under the Health Department, please see the Buncombe County Requirements for Food Service at Special Events for guidelines. You will need to have a readily available source of water (we will provide food-grade back up water).

All tents need to be:
~ flame-retardant and
~ properly weighed down (50lb minimum for each edge secured with 50# test line
You will be required to provide the City of Asheville with a Certificate of Insurance listing the City of Asheville and Arts2People as additionally insured by 8/27/15.
** Volunteer Hospitality and Donations:
LAAFF asked each Food/Beverage Vendor donates 10 Free item tickets to be dispersed among our wonderful volunteers.
Also, we would accept another 10 tickets if you are interested to help musician hospitality
LAAFF requires all Food Vendors provide festival goers with only the best homemade, handcrafted foods with (when possible) locally sourced ingredients. LAAFF avoids "carnival food" to make sure that festival goers can still eat healthily while out on the street.
French Broad Food Co-Op will be offering a wholesale value to all LAAFF Food Vendors.
