2.  Web Application and Database Developer
REQUIREMENTS
•  First Degree or above on in information technology and related fields.
•  A minimum of three years’ experience on web application and database development and related jobs
•  Proficient in PHP and MySQL, as well as fluent familiarity with CSS and XHTML.
•  Web Server & LAMP stack configuration.
•  Linux/Unix operating system installation and configuration.
Responsibilities:
•  Design, code, test and de-bug new databases.
•  Modify and enhance existing databases.
•  Perform routine maintenance.
•  Conceptualize and create reporting tools as needed for staff and others.
•  Analyze, debug, maintain and revise existing web-based programs to ensure operating proficiency or to adapt programs to new requirements.
•  Prepare training materials and give presentations to users as appropriate. Serve as liaison to clients regarding special requests and programming/custom application operational issues as they arise. Write or contribute to instructions or manuals to guide end users. Lead or train others in using applications.
