Prices can vary - The price of transferable shares can vary and you may not get back the full amount invested. It may also be difficult to know the price at which you should buy or sell transferable shares. At any one time there may be a lot of people looking to sell and not as many buyers, forcing those in a hurry to sell at a lower price.

Shares are illiquid - Buyers and sellers should note that transferable shares featured on Ethex are illiquid investments and it may prove difficult to sell them when you need to. Completing a sale or purchase may take some time.
