Please note that all volunteer opportunities that begin after 6:30 pm are 18+ only.

Event Date: Saturday, June 21
Time: Volunteer shifts begin as early at 3 pm and some extend until after midnight. The actual event is from 7 pm to midnight.
Where: Brickworks, Friday Harbor

Day of Party

Outdoor Set Up: works to prepare the outdoor space at Brickworks Plaza, deals with canopies, tables, chairs, etc. (4:00pm-6:00pm)

Indoor Set Up: works to prepare the the indoor space at Brickworks, tables, chairs, etc. (4:00pm-6:00 pm)

Decor Helper: works with Memes to install decor items. High attention to detail. (3:00pm-6:00pm)

Maintenance: maintains cleanliness and safety of Brickworks building and plaza. 18+ Volunteers Only. (approximately 2 hour shifts from 6:30pm-11:30pm)

WE NEED YOU FOR THIS! End of night clean up/breakdown. Role comes with free gear and gift! Ensures Brickworks building and plaza are restored to pre-party conditions. Deals with taking down decor, canopies, tables, chairs, etc. 18+ Volunteers Only. (12:00am until finished)

Protector Invitees

Snack Provider (for volunteers!): brings baked goods/snacks/treats and N/A beverages to help fuel the volunteers. (4:00pm)
