ITW Summer Festival 2025                                 Therapist Application Form

Applications open Imbolc 1st February 2025.

All applications received before this date will be ignored.

Are you a therapist who would like to offer treatments in the Wellbeing Area at the Summer Festival ? 

If so please complete this application form asap as places are limited .

 Please consider the following before applying:

You will need to arrive on site Wednesday pm or Thursday am at the latest or you will not be able to drive your vehicle on site . You will not be able to drive your vehicle off site until Monday unless you are parked in the car park . 

The Festival is open to the public on Friday. This means that everyone needs to be on site and set up by Thursday 6pm.

Each therapist must fill in the application form.

If your application is approved each therapist will need to buy a general admission ticket from the website and also pay the £100 Therapist Pitch Fee, which we will send you the link for on approval.

Electricity: There is no access to grid power, and generators are not allowed.

Water: There is access to clean drinking water via multiple tap points.

Please bring all you need for camping and for providing the service you wish to offer.

You will need to supply and erect your own working structure. Priority will be given to aesthetics and sturdy weather proof structures. Canvas is preferred .

Healers will need to provide current proof of  Public Liability Insurance for the therapies offered . This only needs to be sent once you’ve been accepted.

All those accepted will be notified no later than 20th May. Applications may still submitted after this date for consideration on our reserve List.

We encourage all therapists to let people know about the festival through their mailing lists, invite friends to the event on Facebook and advertise their therapy on the event Facebook page.

Notice of Acceptance
We will only send Notices of Acceptance to those who have been accepted. Our target date for this notification is the 20th May. If you do not receive this notice, you will automatically be placed on our Reserve List unless you have declined that option.
