Everyday we witness acts of service all around us. The things we see may be small or they might be big. Gunnison Valley’s Unsung hero wants to recognize those who do so much and are not often recognized.

If you know of someone who has given their time, talents, or service please nominate them. It can be a neighbor, a public servant, a friend, a youth, anyone who you think does big or small things for the valley.

Each week the Gazette staff will pick one of the nominees to be spotlighted in the newspaper. The spotlight will be given a certificate and gift from the Gazette.
