IRVINE NIGHTS is OC’s newest food + entertainment festival at the Great Park in Irvine. After our totally SOLD OUT event in August, we're back for more Tricks & Treats at Irvine Nights: Fall Fest! 2 Days of Spooktacular fun including live entertainment, food & retail vendors & More! Apply to be a vendor today at join as at Great Park, Irvine Oct. 29 - 30th.

We'll be focusing on exciting flavors, community entertainment & live music, shopping, games & activities for the kiddos and even a wine/beer for the adults!

Why participate in IRVINE NIGHTS?
Great Park, Irvine encompasses over 27 acres and is home to various gatherings each and every weekend. With no permanent concessions at the park and limited options in vicinity, Irvine Nights presents a prime revenue opportunity AND fun for the community to enjoy! 

  • Submit your application by the deadline of August, 12th 2022
  • Review vendor details, by filling out the application. Submitting an application DOES NOT GUARANTEE participation. 
  • Select rental options needed if any
  • Pay fees and deposits (See below for rates)
  • Provide PR# or TFF with OC Health Department (food vendors)
  • Submit proof of City of Irvine Business License (We can get you a 1-Day License for $15)
  • Submit certificates of insurance and endorsements

We require TWO Certificates of Insurance & Endorsements. 

Attached is a document that outlines the insurance requirements. Both documents are required and please ensure you meet the minimums within the attached document to expedite the process.

1. Current COI and Endorsements: These are outlined on the attached document. Below outline the main requirements that need to be met to clear you:
    a. Commercial General Liability: ensure that your coverage amounts DO NOT go below the minimum required.
2. Automobile Liability: Proof of Coverage for All Owned & Non-Owned Autos. If coverage is for an owned vehicle a copy of the policy declarations page or Auto ID Card will suffice.
3. Workers’ Compensation (If Applicable)
4. Description of Operations: MUST have EXACT verbiage as listed on the attachment
5. Two Certificates of Insurance & Endorsements.

    b. City of Irvine, California
