Join Victoria for a feel-good class incorporating practices from ballet, modern dance and yoga. We'll use ballet barre exercises, modern dance fundamentals, yoga postures and meditation to tone our muscles and unwind at the end of the day. Each class will include practices to increase awareness, condition our bodies and engage our creative selves. This class is perfect for all levels and abilities!
