Every member of our Executive Board must balance two roles of equal importance:(1) To lead and manage their specific silo (i.e. finance, marketing, etc) (2) To contribute equally as a member of the board when deciding on the needs and direction of the Smith Community
We are an extremely flat executive team, and everyone’s voice carries equal weight, regardless of position. As such, we expect that all of our board members are willing to support not only their silos and their committees, but also the entire executive team.
