Camp Alpine and Friday Fun Days
Camp Alpine
Camp Alpine is a program for children ages 5-12. We offer full day and half day options. We also allow drop-ins for last minute campers (at a higher rate). We make an extra effort to provide a relaxed environment where a camper can safely develop new skills, explore diverse interests, and make new friends. The daily schedule includes tennis, swimming, crafts and other fitness activities such as obstacle courses, sports games, tumbling, frisbee golf, archery, etc. Please note that Camp Alpine runs Monday-Thursday.

Friday Fun Day
Friday Fun Day is a special half day program at Alpine Hills that combines sport, team building activities, and recreational swimming to kick off your child's summertime weekend.

Dates: June 16, June 23, June 30, July 14, July 21, July 28

Friday Fun Day can be added to each session of Camp Alpine at additional cost: $45 member/$60 non-member if camper is signed up BEFORE the registration deadline. Drop in rates are $60 member/$80 non-member.

Important Note About Water Safety
All campers must be water safe (i.e. can regularly get breath, return to wall/stairs without assistance and not rely on floatation devices). FLOATATION DEVICES WILL NOT BE ALLOWED. If a member of the aquatics staff feels that your child is unable to participate due to his/her level of swimming experience, your child may be assigned to an alternate activity.
Drop off & Pick up
CAMP ALPINE:
Camp check in starts at 8:15 AM. Drop-off will be through the front gates leading to the tennis courts. Children must be signed in by a parent or childcare provider. Camp will end at 12:30 for Half Day campers and 3:30 PM for Full Day campers. The pick up location will be at the BBQ/Playground Area. Children must be signed out by a parent or childcare provider listed on the registration form. Any child under 9 may not be unsupervised. No child will be released early unless notice is sent in writing to juniortennis@alpinehills.us by the parent. For any child not picked up by 12:40 PM (Half Day) or 3:40 PM (Full Day) the Late Pick up Fee will be applied (see below).

FRIDAY FUN DAY:
Friday Fun Day check in starts at 8:45AM. Drop-off will be through the front gates leading to the tennis courts. Pick up is at 12:00PM at the upper BBQ area.

Camp Alpine Late Pick up Option
For an additional fee, Full Day campers may be picked up at 4:30 PM. The cost is $15M/$20NM. If you would like this option please send notice in writing to juniortennis@alpinehills.us prior to the first day of camp. There is no late pick up option for Friday Fun Day.
What to Wear/Bring
Please wear tennis shoes, shorts and T-shirt. In a labeled bag/backpack bring a tennis racket, swimsuit, towel, goggles, sunscreen (already applied), flip flops/sandals, hat, and a sweatshirt on chilly days. No glass containers or gum. All items should be labeled with the child's name.
Snacks & Lunches
A mid-morning snack is included in the Camp Alpine fee. Lunch is included for the Full Day campers only. Campers will not be allowed to order at the snack bar during camp hours. Friday Fun Day is a half day and will include a mid-morning snack only.
Payment, Make-Ups & Refunds
Members will be billed to their accounts. Non-Members must prepay the full amount for each session. A credit card authorization form may be obtained at the front desk. Cancellations must be made by 5:00PM to juniortennis@alpinehills.us on the Friday prior to the session start date to get a refund, minus a $50 non-refundable/non-transferable administration fee per child per session. If your child misses camp because of illness we will honor a make-up day provided room is available in another session. There will be no refunds for days missed.
