Combating and Surviving Racism: A Conversation Series at First Unitarian Church of Philadelphia
As we deepen our mission to awaken love and justice within ourselves, join us after the service on March 17, April 28, May 19, and June 23 for lunch and small breakout sessions targeted on anti-racism. Offerings will include opportunities to reflect in small groups, including a POC affinity group; to explore relevant writings or other media; and to develop intentional skills for combating white supremacy in our daily lives. Childcare and lunch provided.
Participants are encouraged to attend the majority of sessions. Please let us know your commitments to be present and learn alongside your fellow congregants.
