26-27 Registration Request for Star Lab

Welcome! The SJCOE Star Lab is available for reservations from August 17, 2026, through June 2027. Reservations are scheduled based on the order of requests received and date flexibility.

  • Rental Cost: $500 per week.

  • Mandatory Training: For the 26/27 school year, ALL site personnel facilitating the Star Lab must attend training. The cost is $100 (covers up to 3 people).

  • Logistics: Equipment must be picked up the Friday before your rental (afternoon between 1:30 pm and 4:00 pm) and returned by the following Friday (morning between 8:30 am - 12:00 pm).

  • Confirmation: As a registrar, your signature confirms that your site personnel will register for and attend one of the required training dates. A registration link for training will be emailed once your rental week is scheduled.

1/8/2027 - Friday - training 12:30- 2:30 or 4-6 PM

We will send follow-up emails for the facilitators to register for which training they plan to attend.

As a registrar I understand and confirm our site personnel, who will be facilitating the Star Lab experience, will register and attend the required training.
