Textbook Adoption Parent/Community Review Survey Form 2021-2022 : Encuesta de 2021-2022 para padres de familia y la comunidad sobre la revisión de la adopción de libros de texto
Parents and legal guardians, Thank you for your interest in providing feedback regarding the textbooks that the district is looking to adopt for Health Education (all grade levels) and High School PE.  You may provide feedback for one textbook or as many as you would like.  There is a total of four. Please find the name of the textbook(s) and the grade level associated with it within this survey.  There will be five questions for each textbook.  The order you will see will be: QuaverEd/Elementary Health, Goodheart-Wilcox/Middle School Health, Goodheart-Wilcox/High School Health, and Goodhear-Wilcox/High School PE.  Please contact michele.rusnak@austinisd.org if you have any questions.
