Please fill out this form if you are planning to attend auditions for Northwest Dance Theatre's 2025-2026 season.

All prospective New Dancer parents (including New Advanced) must attend a mandatory meeting at June Taylor's School of Dance on Friday, May 9th from 7:30-8:30pm.

New Dancer auditions will be help on Friday, May 16th from 7:15-8:30pm.

All Returning Members and New Advanced Dancers (6 years of ballet training with strong en pointe technique required) will audition on Thursday, May 1st from 8:00-9:15pm.

Auditions are held at June Taylor's School of Dance (19318 SW Mohave Ct, Tualatin). Please bring a $15 audition fee (check to NWDT or cash). Please email questions to president@nwdt.org.
