Class Drop/Change Form
PLEASE NOTE: unless this change is due to a canceled class, there is a $25 fee per change plus $10.40 per class session your student attended after the first week of classes that will be added to your account. This form will be closed at midnight on Friday 9/21. If you drop a class after that time you are responsible for the entire class fee.
