Camper Conduct & Grounds Rules
1. Camping is available for Sunday prior to Fair through the last Sunday of Fair (earlier arrival must be approved prior to arrival!).
2. DEQ requires a minimum of 4 feet between camper units.
3. Nobody under the age of 18 is permitted to stay in a camper without a parent or legal guardian present.
4. Only Fair exhibitors get the Fair Week Rate. Others pay the $25/day rate.
5. Horse/livestock trailers should be parked in your camping spot, or in the designated area to the South of the
New horse barn.
6. Only Barn Superintendents will be permitted to camp and park between the barns, without prior permission.
7. Quiet at 11:00 pm. NO generators after 11:00 pm.
8. Campfire pits are allowed. They must be NO CLOSER than 15’ to any camper, and MUST have a mesh cover, per
local fire regulations. Absolutely no open burning will be permitted. Fires are to be attended at all times while
burning.
9. There is NO WATER HOOKUP available! Potable water is available at designated hydrants.
10. There is NO SEWER HOOKUP available! There is a dump station on the grounds. $25 dump fee/dump. Check in at the Fair Office for info.
11. Dogs are allowed at campers ONLY. All dogs MUST be on a leash at all times, per Wexford County leash law. Campers are required to clean
up after their dogs. Absolutely no dogs will be permitted in the barns!
12. All trash must be picked up and put in trash cans upon departure.
13. Campers must be in their spaces straight in, front to back ONLY. State camping regulations do not allow campers to be placed along the
fence line.
14. Any violation of these rules may be cause for removal from the grounds, with no refund.
10. Check in at the Fair Office to get your camping spot assignments. You must park at your assigned spot ONLY!
