2025 Vendor Workshop Registration

Welcome to Riot Fest's Community Vendor Workshop!
This workshop is designed specifically for businesses, artisans, and nonprofits based in North Lawndale and Little Village who are interested in participating in Riot Fest 2025 and other local events.

Douglass Park Field House

Registration Deadline:
Friday, May 20, 2025, at 10:00 p.m.
Space is limited and participation is based on a first-come, first-served basis. You will receive a confirmation email by May 23.

Workshop Objectives

  • Learn the updated participation requirements for Riot Fest 2025 and other major Chicago festivals.
  • Stay informed on vendor-related topics like equipment needs, food safety guidelines, staffing models, rental costs, and budgeting tips.
  • Hear from Riot Fest organizers and experienced vendors to help you succeed.

This workshop is a great opportunity to connect, grow, and prepare for a successful event season!

Vendor Participation & Support

  • A limited number of discounted food booth opportunities will be available for eligible new businesses.
  • A limited number of nonprofit organizations and artisan vendors may receive free booth space.

Completion of this workshop is required to be eligible for these opportunities.
