Trinity Homeschool Academy Co-op Interest Form 
Thank you for your interest in the Trinity Homeschool Academy Co-op! Our family-led co-op meets on Mondays from 9:00–12:30 PM, running from August 17th- May 3rd. Families partner together to create a Christ-centered learning environment where children can grow academically, socially, and spiritually.

Co-op Enrollment Fee: $200 per family per year, $40 parent background check per year (not included)


Family Membership Benefits:

With your family membership, you are able to participate in the following community-wide events:

  • Campus-Wide Field Day
    April 19th | 9:00–12:30 PM
    A fun-filled day for our entire campus to connect, celebrate, and enjoy time together.

  • Family Day at Victory Ranch
    May 10 | 10:00 AM–2:00 PM
    A full day of fun at the lake with a paid lifeguard on staff. Families will enjoy paddle boats, pickleball, a rope swing, canoes, foosball, and many other water and outdoor activities.

Important Co-op Information

Prior to the start of co-op, we will hold a mandatory teacher/parent meeting to review expectations, roles, classroom assignments, classes being offered, teacher assignments and important information for the school year.

Background Check Requirement

For the safety of our students, all parents who teach, assist in classrooms, or work directly with students are required to complete a CIA background check.

Cost: $40 (paid by the teacher/parent)

Instructions for completing the background check will be provided after registration.

Our co-op meets on Mondays from 9:00–12:30 PM. We expect you to be here every week. Are you able to commit to this schedule? We do understand children get sick, but every effort needs to be made to be at co-op each week.

How did you hear about the Trinity Homeschool Academy Co-op?

There will be a mandatory teacher/parent meeting on Monday, July 26th from 11:30 AM–12:30 PM prior to the start of co-op. Are you able to attend?

All families are expected to tour the campus and meet with the director prior to enrollment. This includes work with the director on where you will teach or serve in a roll for the co-op. Are you willing to schedule a tour and meeting? *
