ASSW 2025 Community Meetings and Workshops Application Form
The Arctic Science Summit Week (ASSW) was initiated by IASC in 1999 to provide opportunities for coordination, cooperation and collaboration between the various scientific organisations involved in Arctic research and to economise on travel and time. ASSW is now an annual venue for meetings of Arctic organisations, scientific collaborations, and more.

The ASSW 2025 will be organised from 20 - 28 March 2025 in Boulder, Colorado, USA. There will be five main days dedicated to IASC & Arctic science community meetings and workshops (20 - 24 March), but if necessary, workshops can also take place parallel to the ICARP IV Summit (25 - 28 March).

The entire Arctic community is encouraged to use ASSW 2025 as a venue for bringing together their organisations, collaborations, and teams. ASSW 2025 organisers provide the logistical support and your meeting attendees only have to register for ASSW 2025 and show up. ASSW 2025 will be organized as a hybrid conference, offering opportunities for on-site only, hybrid, and online meeting formats.

ASSW 2025 organisers provide the logistical support for your meeting (e.g. meeting rooms, technical equipment in the meeting rooms including microphones and cameras for hybrid meetings, Zoom platform) for free for your event. In return your participants will be required to register for the ASSW 2025 (and pay the registration fee), no matter if they attend onsite or online. Various registration fee options (including one-day options) will be made available. 

For on-site attendees: coffee breaks and food catering will be provided on-site, and will be included in the ASSW 2025 registration fee.
