Why is the front lens canted?

A canted objective lens is part of the design of reflex/reflective type optical sights. Note that the coating on the objective lens is there so that the lens can act as a mirror for the specific wavelength of light produced by the LED located at the opposite end of the optic. In order to create a proper reflection of the reticle/dot, the objective lens must be perpendicular to the LED.

I understand that the Customer is the owner of the product and is responsible for the product until received by Lux Tactical. At it's sole discretion, Lux Tactical may provide a prepaid shipping option that does not include insurance. If the Customer wishes to ship their product with insurance, the Customer must arrange such shipping service on their own and provide with the tracking number. Lux Tactical is not responsible for damage or loss during shipping regardless of which party pays for shipping services.
