Our Featured poet for March is Simon Maddrell, who will be reading from his OutSpoken Press Collection, 'Lamping Wild Rabbits'.

Our next Event is also theme free, so the choice of subject matter is entirely up to you :>

We will ask you to read only one piece (poetry, spoken word or flash fiction, no longer than three minutes) and also provide this to us as a Word document when selected. All work is screen-shared to make sure the performances are as accessible as possible to anyone either hard of hearing or deaf. Your poem will be collated into one document which will be deleted at the end of the event. A sound file is acceptable in place of a Word file. We will then transcribe this for you.

Please note that this does not count as publication as the event will not be recorded.

Once we reach 10 Open Mic sign-ups you will be placed on a Reserve List. We will inform you on receipt of this form whether you are reading or not, and will then require a Word document of your poem by Saturday, January 24th at the latest.

Failure to provide a copy of your poem for sharing will forfeit your space to the next person on the Reserve List.
